• We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• We offer a workmanship warranty valid for 12 months from the date of installation.
• This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect cleaning methods, or environmental factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any issues related to pre-existing subfloor conditions or materials not supplied by us.
